How can I join the AVIA GO program and download the app?
The AVIA GO app is available for free on Google Play and the App Store. After installation, register using your phone number or email address and log in. A welcome bonus is granted immediately after registration.
Which AVIA stations support the AVIA GO loyalty program?
Currently, the program is available mainly at AVIA-owned stations, which represent about one-third of all AVIA stations in Poland. The list and map of participating stations are available in the app. Expansion to additional franchise stations is planned.
How are points awarded and what rewards are available?
Points are awarded for refueling, in-store purchases and other station activities. Points can be redeemed for fuel discounts or products available in the in-app rewards catalog.
Can discounts and rewards be used at every AVIA station?
No. The loyalty program works only at stations supported by AVIA GO and listed in the app. Availability may expand over time.
How can I submit a complaint regarding the app or loyalty program?
Complaints can be submitted by email to kontakt@aviago.pl, by traditional mail or directly at an AVIA station. The complaint should include personal details and a description of the issue. Complaints may also be submitted after the program ends.
