Key features of the BPme mobile application:

Collecting points
Base points are awarded for every transaction at bp stations (1 point per liter of fuel or per PLN 1 spent, depending on the category). Promotional points are earned by completing challenges and purchasing products included in special offers. -
Redeeming points
Points can be redeemed for fuel, shopping at bp stations, car wash services, coffee and store products.
E-vouchers from bp partners will be introduced in the future. -
Future development
Planned features include mobile pay-at-the-pump functionality and expanded e-invoice and e-voucher services.

How do I register for BPme?
Download the app, enter your phone number, confirm the SMS code and complete your profile.
Can I still collect PAYBACK points?
No. Until 31 January 2025, the PAYBACK program operated in parallel; points were not transferred to BPme.
How do I earn BPme points?
Points are awarded for refueling, shopping, car wash services and completing challenges.
How can I check my points balance and coupons?
Your points balance and active coupons are visible in the “My Benefits” section of the app.
Can I donate points to charity?
Yes. From September 2025, points can be donated to five bp-supported social programs.
Is e-invoicing available at every station?
E-invoices are available at selected bp stations; the list of supported locations is shown in the app.
Does the app work offline?
Basic functions such as displaying the loyalty card and coupons work offline. The station locator requires an internet connection.
Can I use BPme abroad?
The BPme app is designed for bp stations in Poland. Benefits abroad depend on local bp loyalty programs.
