After taking over the LOTOS Paliwa network, MOL Poland operates 417 stations (270 company-owned). The network develops the MOL Move programme (formerly Lotos Navigator) with four loyalty tiers, aggressive welcome coupons and EVO and premium EVO Plus fuels. The app combines a virtual card, points and personalised coupons at MOL and Lotos stations.

How do I start using MOL Move?

Download the MOL Move app, register an account (name, email), confirm your email address and use the virtual loyalty card in your phone.

How do I earn points in the MOL Move app?

Points are credited automatically for money spent: on fuel (1–3 pts/l), food and car wash (3 pts/PLN) and other non-fuel products (1 pt/PLN).

How do I check my current balance and tier in MOL Move?

Your point balance and loyalty tier are shown on the app's home screen, in the "Card" or "Rewards" section.

How does point validity work?

At the GREEN tier points never expire. At the SILVER, GOLD and VIP tiers points are valid for 12 months from reaching that tier.

Can I pay for fuel directly from the app?

The pump-side payment function is currently not available — payments are made traditionally at the till.

How do I use coupons and discounts in MOL Move?

In the app's "Coupons" section, tap the discount code at the pump or till and the discount is deducted from the transaction automatically.

How do I refer the MOL Move app to a friend?

In the "Profile" section choose "Refer friends" and send your referral link — a successful referral earns you extra points.

Can Lotos Navigator users transfer their account?

Yes. During registration enter your Navigator card number (8 or 13 digits) and your account will be linked to MOL Move.
